To proceed with the verification of your profile, please follow the steps below to upload your eKYC documents via your Client Area:
e-KYC application (Required)
After completing the application, deposits and trading can proceed as usual. A notification will appear showing that some features may be limited. 'Click here to verify your profile' to start the e-KYC process and follow all steps, including the required face verification. After completion and KYC approved, client will be granted a full access to all features.
- The client must complete all required information, including Nationality and Document type, and upload both the front and back sides of the document.
- After completing all required fields, please click the "Next Step" button to proceed.
4. On the next step, please fill in your details, including your Name, Nickname, Document Number, Date of Birth, Expiry Date, and Nationality.

5. Please select your Country of Residence from the available options and submit the required documents as proof of address.
Ensure that the submitted document clearly shows your residential address for verification purposes.
6. To ensure the security of your account, please complete the online verification once to avoid losing your verification information.
Step 7: Please read and sign the compliance documents to complete your verification process.
